The most effective problem with the seller(Bullaboo Baby, Kids, Mom), is that the product is in reality from Walmart & shipped from Walmart! If I had known it was once from Walmart, I would have purchased it there and saved over $27.00! Very discouraging, as I consider myself an excellent shopper.
